Why can't I answer a bunch of questions at once?
We don't have a lot of questions avalible for one thing. For another, you need to wait for other members to answer the same questions so we have someone to compare you to.
How many questions are there?
There are currently 112 active questions, and 669 possible answers to those questions.
112 questions! I'll have to visit twice a day for the next 56 days before you run out of questions!
True, we just want to make sure we have enough questions before we start allowing you to answer questions at a faster rate. That and we want you to keep coming back to the site.
How accurate is this thing?
Normalcy! isn't a scientific measure of anything, so don't assume it has any accuracy at all. The site is just a fun toy that asks you weird questions then compares you to all the other people who answered those questions.
How can I help?
Signing up and answering questions is the best way, the comparasons get better as more people play. If you want to do more than that, ask some questions that we can add to the pool. If you really want to help, we'd love some financial help (visit the Contact us page).
This is broken! Why doesn't it have this feature?
This is a part time project, but that doesn't mean I want this to be broken. Please let me know of any problems you have or features you'd like to see by sending me a message though the contact page.
Hey, some of these questions are vulgar, offensive, blasphamous, and downright perverted. I demand you get rid of them!
Sorry, we moderate the questions and try to rate them appropiatly. We're human so we may make a mistake or two, but in general the questions will stay. If you don't like some of the questions you're gettings feel free to change the rating options in your profile.
How come you have some many questions that are only relevent to the United States of America?
Simple, I'm an American. The United States doesn't have Canada Day or Boxing day. We have political parties that claim to be Liberal or Conservitave, but they aren't named that way. I'm not going to use this as an excuse, I would like to add localization at some point, but I want to have a decent bank of questions before I add it in. That's alright. While we have to store your responces to figure out Normalcy, we don't share that information with anyone, that's true of any information on this site. We hate spammers as much or more than you do. If you still don't feel comfortable answering some questions, all of the questions have a "Skip this question" option - you don't have to admit or deny anything and you're still playing the game.
